Vullaby Help

So I'm one of those White players caught up in the lameness of not being able to see Vullaby/Mandibuzz anywhere in the game because Game Freak hates us. D:

Would anyone be able to hook me up with some mongrel bird action? I can offer up most anything else breedable as compensation. It'll just take me a minute to breed it up for you.
